Stage 4

Second Interview

Candidates who progress to the final stage will meet with the Director and key stakeholders for a comprehensive discussion of their experience, capabilities, and overall fit with the team and company. This interview will focus on design expertise, technical knowledge, communication skills, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.

Candidates will be expected to present their portfolio, walk the panel through selected projects, explain their design process and rationale, and discuss key decisions, challenges, and project outcomes. The panel will also explore the candidate's approach to collaboration, stakeholder and client management, problem-solving, and delivering successful project results.

The session provides an opportunity for both the interview panel and the candidate to assess mutual fit, discuss expectations for the role, and address any final questions before the hiring decision.

Stage 5

Offer

This stage involves preparing and extending a formal employment offer to the selected candidate following successful completion of the recruitment and assessment process. The People and Culture team will coordinate the offer details, including compensation, employment terms, and required documentation, while supporting the candidate through the acceptance process. Once the offer is accepted, the candidate will progress to the Hired Stage.
Stage 6

Hired

This stage confirms that the selected candidate has successfully completed the recruitment process and accepted the employment offer. The People and Culture team will finalise the required hiring documentation and coordinate the candidate’s transition into the organisation. The candidate is officially marked as hired and will proceed through the organisation’s separate onboarding process.
