Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Stage 2

Review

Review the candidate's application, resume, and supporting information to assess their qualifications and determine whether they should advance to the next stage.
Stage 3

Phased Screening

This stage involves a structured evaluation process to assess candidates through multiple screening phases. Candidates will complete an interview to evaluate their experience, technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. A Revit test will also be conducted to assess their practical skills, proficiency with Revit software, and ability to apply technical concepts in a work-based scenario.

Successful candidates who meet the required criteria in both phases will progress to the next stage of the hiring process.

Stage 4

Final Interview (Virtual)

This stage involves a final evaluation with key stakeholders or hiring managers to assess the candidate’s overall suitability for the role. The interview focuses on reviewing the candidate’s technical capabilities, problem-solving approach, cultural alignment, and readiness to contribute to the team. It also provides an opportunity to discuss role expectations, clarify any remaining questions, and support the final hiring decision.
Stage 5

Offer

This stage involves preparing and extending a formal employment offer to the selected candidate following successful completion of the recruitment and assessment process. The People and Culture team will coordinate the offer details, including compensation, employment terms, and required documentation, while supporting the candidate through the acceptance process. Once the offer is accepted, the candidate will progress to the Hired Stage.
Stage 6

Hired

This stage confirms that the selected candidate has successfully completed the recruitment process and accepted the employment offer. The People and Culture team will finalise the required hiring documentation and coordinate the candidate’s transition into the organisation. The candidate is officially marked as hired and will proceed through the organisation’s separate onboarding process.
